Sometimes the simplest response is the hardest to remember. To pause, step back, and just breathe.

Just Breathe sits in that moment. Not after everything has settled, but right in the middle of it.

The layered forms and structured composition suggest the tension building beneath the surface, while the closed eyes create a sense of grounding. A deliberate attempt to slow things down, even when everything feels like it’s moving too quickly.

Fragments shift and overlap, reflecting the noise we carry, but there’s a sense of control within it. Not perfect, not complete, but enough to hold things together.

Because sometimes that’s all it takes. Not solving everything at once, but finding a moment to reset and begin again.
